Nord-Kivu : Rémy Segihobe, jeune entrepreneur de la ville de Goma.
Diplômé en Gestion Marketing de l’Université de Kisangani(UNIKIS) Kisangani, gradué en gestion de développement l’Institut Supérieur de l’informatique et de Gestion(ISIG)Goma, Rémy Segihobe a le sang d’un entrepreneur. De taille normale, teint brin, caractère autonome et respectueux, Rémy Segihobe donne l’impression d’un homme enfermé sur lui-même au premier abord. Mais quand on l’approche, on constate une ouverture d’esprit, une sociabilité et une simplicité hors norme. Entre 2000,Rémy a suivi avec succès une formation en anglais à Nairobi, capitale du Kenya.
Sa passion d’entrepreneur prend vite le dessus sur sa volonté de devenir enseignant d’université, qui a dicté son choix de la section pédagogique aux humanités. Il fonde sa propre entreprise Blessing Business Service (BBS) en 2011. Une initiative pour être son propre boss et créer des emplois dans un environnement où le chômage touche de nombreux jeunes. Cette entreprise facilite l’importation des véhicules du japon à la grande satisfaction des bénéficiaires. Actuellement l’entreprise BBS à deux départements: importation des véhicules et une imprimerie moderne. Rémy embauche aujourd’hui 28 agents.
En 2015, il lance la Radio Blessing FM qui fait sensation dans la ville de Goma. Au delà de la mission traditionnelle d’informer, de former et d’éduquer la population. »La rapidité et du sérieux dans le travail » sont deux mots clés dans ses entreprises. Il faut respecter le délai de service et imprimer la qualité.
Faire plusieurs choses à la fois est déjà un trait de son caractère. Il combine ses études et son travail à la société de télécommunication Vodacom où il a travaillé comme chargé des relations publiques à Goma puis comme chargé de marketing dans la Province orientale.
. C’est un esprit de créativité entrepreneuriale que Rémy veut partager et transmettre à d’autres jeunes pour éviter l’attentisme d’un hypothétique emploi.
Rémy, c’est aussi un philanthrope
Parallèlement au monde des affaires, Rémy participe aussi aux activités caritatives. Comme pour remplir la mission de responsabilité sociale de son entreprise.
En 2015, sa fondation a réhabilité l’Ecole primaire Kitumaini en territoire de Nyiragongo et a remis des matériels scolaires à l’Ecole primaire Scout. Dans la ville de Goma, il est venu en aide aux personnes de troisième âge vivant dans le quartier Mabanga avec une dotation des fils de raphia, des rouleaux pour la fabrication des sacs et paniers ménagers.
Les affaires et la philanthropie ne cantonnent pas Rémy. Il rêve de faire la politique. Rémy Segihobe a déposé sa candidature comme député provincial aux prochaines élections.
