Nord-Kivu : Le PPRD Lubero affute ses armes pour gagner la prochaine législature électorale
Le Parti du Peuple pour la Reconstruction et la Démocratie (PPRD) en territoire de Lubero (Nord-Kivu) se dit déterminer à gagner la prochaine législature électorale. Les membres de ce parti cher à Joseph Kabila Kabange, ancien président de la République Démocratique du Congo, ont pris cet engagement au cours d’une matinée politique, organisée à Lubero-centre, chef-lieu du territoire ce Samedi 3 Octobre 2020.
C’était une occasion de passer en revue la santé du parti dans toutes les agglomérations du territoire.
« Nous avons organisé cette matinée politique interne pour redynamiser les membres du parti. Vous savez, depuis les élections de 2018, certains membres été décis par le résultat obtenu. Il était nécessaire de passer à l’évaluation avant d’envisager une prochaine étape. Cette évaluation interne va nous préparer pour les prochaines élections de 2023 que nous ne pouvons pas perdre pour la deuxième fois », a fait savoir Monsieur Chozi, secrétaire territoriale du PPRD à Lubero, dans son mot d’introduction.
En effet, le PPRD réunit au sein du Front Commun pour le Congo (FCC) n’a pas eu de siège à la députation nationale et provinciale dans la circonscription électorale de Lubero. Leur candidat Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary, alors secrétaire permanent du PPRD est sorti malheureux à la dernière présidentielle.
Malgré ces résultats, les membres du PPRD doivent rester constants.
« La constance politique est la chose la plus importante. Nous avons connu le haut et le bas au cours des dernières élections. Mais nous devons nous relever », a crié fort Faustin Kambale Kitiiri, un des membres et administrateur assistant du territoire de Lubero, chargé des questions politiques et administratives. A lui d’ajouter « nous devons rester fidèle à notre autorité morale, le camarade Excellence Joseph Kabila Kabange, à sa vision de reconstruction de notre cher et beau pays. Nous devons accompagner notre secrétaire permanent, le camarade Excellence Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary pour son courage dans l’émergence de notre parti ».
Le communicateur du PPRD dans l’axe Nord de la province du Nord-Kivu pense qu’il est grand temps de se préparer aux prochaines élections.
« La redynamisation du parti va nous permettre de faire adhérer un grand nombre de gens à la vison de notre autorité morale. Nous devons tous travailler pour qu’en 2023, puissions reconquérir le pouvoir sur toutes les instances. Et cela implique l’engagement de tout un chacun », martèle Evariste Kambale Kakwenzeyere.
Kabuyaya Domi, un autre cadre du parti à Lubero a appelé à son tour les membres du parti à vivre selon la devise : « Unité, Action, Progrès et Solidarité ». Appuyer par madame Marie José Kambale, membre du parti et administrateur assistant chargé de l’économie et finance et territoire de Lubero, ces deux cadres du PPRD estime que cette devise est une arme suffisante pour faire adhérer plus de monde à la vision du parti cher à Joseph Kabila Kabange.
